We want you to be completely satisfied with your MoMA Design Store purchase, which is why we offer a 90-day return policy for most items in their original condition. Please note that certain oversized furniture and custom orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, including all inserts and manuals, and securely attach the pre-paid shipping label provided through our portal.

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup; ensure the tracking number is kept for your records until the refund is processed.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
